Month-to-Month Lease Agreements
All apartments are offered on a month-to-month basis. This provides flexibility while still requiring adherence to all lease terms and community policies.
Non-Furnished Units
Apartments are rented unfurnished. Tenants are responsible for providing their own furniture and household items.
Due Upon Move In
$500 Security deposit and prorated first months' rent
Rent is due in advance on or before the 1st day of each month
Payments received after the grace period outlined in the lease are considered late and may be subject to late fees
Rent amounts, due dates, and late fees are governed strictly by the lease agreement
For questions regarding balances or payment methods, please contact the on-site manager directly.
To ensure a safe, clean, and respectful living environment, the following policies are enforced:
No Pets
No Smoking anywhere on the property or in units
Quiet enjoyment of the property is expected at all times
Tenants are responsible for guests and any damage or disturbances caused
10 pm noise curfew enforced
Violation of community policies may result in lease enforcement actions as outlined in the rental agreement.
Tenants have access to the following amenities:
Coin-operated washer and dryer located on site
Basketball court
Outdoor fire pit
Ample parking for residents and guests
Common areas and resident's lounge
Proximity to Palisade State Park and golfing (near Sterling, Utah)
Amenities are provided for tenant use and enjoyment and must be used responsibly.
An on-site manager is available for questions, concerns, and maintenance coordination
Maintenance requests should be reported promptly to prevent further damage
Tenants are expected to maintain their units in clean and orderly condition
Emergency maintenance procedures are outlined in the lease agreement.
